Article Guidelines

These are our rules for an article submission. Please ensure you adhere to the guidelines outlined in order to guarantee an article submission.

1. Do not plagiarise or employ AI in your final draft. All work should be original and an AI detector will be used on every submitted article. However, the use of AI is permitted in initial planning.
2. The article must be between 1000 and 1500 words. Please ensure the word count is closely followed as this allows us to correctly format every article.
3. Submit your article as a PDF file and send it to ----
4. All applicants must be aged 13 to 21 years old, and can be from any country.

Format of article

1. The article should be composed of three sections: written work, image gallery (if images are used) and the bibliography, in this order. Any images should have a reference, and a brief sentence outlining what the image is describing.
2. Upon submission, please title your PDF file in this format: "Full Name" "Title of article" "Edition". In practice, see this example: Mary Smith The dangers of AI in third world countries Edition 1
3. We would recommend that you use google docs and export this as a PDF file. This way, you can have tabs for each of the three sections to assist you in organisation of the article.
4. Please note that your edited article will be sent back to you, if there are any major changes or errors. This includes errors with images, bibliography, and article content. If these changes are not made and sent back to the ---- (email), before the deadline, then please note that we will not be able to publish your article in the edition.

Bibliography

1. Your article must use Harvard referencing style. Please see these guidelines.
2. The bibliography should contain the URL for each of the images used.
